08/11 Rick’s bought Schiek’s, now renamed it Downtown Cabaret
04/11 I always enjoy this place. I've read where this is close in evaluation to another place (only 2 blocks down, and one block left). I't's close, but I give the thumbs up to Shiek's. It's larger, and more comfortable. The girls are fine. If you're dissapointed here, re-calibrate your standards.... The girls are somewhat aggressive in wanting you to buy a dance, but, they're trying to make money (can you blame them for trying?) The waitresses were attentive, and the backroom is worth the investment. Somewhat pricey, I stay at the Hotel Minneapolis, and can hit both clubs (walking distance for sure).
04/08 Very classy building, decor, and atmosphere. Dancers are above average, usually top-notch. Can't really go wrong, but it's a slight second to Rick's (two blocks away) because, in my subjective opinion, Rick's has a little less pressure to sell drinks and for the girls to sell dances, so they seem "happier". Can I say that about strippers??? Clip a free pass from free City Pages magazine found in Skyway racks or street boxes.
