10/08 Can't find any information about this Club. The phone number isn't listed. Google Maps don't list a Old Sullivant Ave. Maybe the "old" has been dropped as there is a 4501 Sullivant Ave in the Lincoln Village area west of Georgesville Rd that doesn't connect with the Sullivant Ave. that runs from the Innerbelt to Georgesville Rd.
That doesn't explain why the phone number isn't listed but it wouldn't be the only club without a phone.
Can someone in the area confirm that the club is still around? Closed? Never existed?
