07/08 This tiny club is a great alternative to the huge dance palaces out towards route 95 in Philly. It's only about 2 blocks from City Hall, and a fairly small club.
There is a $5 after 7pm (but if they
aren't busy, you can still talk your way in for free) Very
friendly (and cute) bartenders, really relaxed setting, not high
pressure at all.
The girls are a mix of White and Black with a few Asians and
Latinas sprinkled in.
The only issues with the Gold Club is that sometimes (especially between the day shift and night shift (5-7pm) there can be a shortage of dancers. From noon-5 and 8-2am there are plenty of pretty and friendly girls, but the fact that there aren't always enough of them right after work gets out, makes me grade them a "C" instead of a "B"
$30 Dances are private (per song) $20 dances are semi-private $200 VIP dances are very private and VERY GOOD.
